Floyd congratulates the player on becoming a High Roller
Floyd was the bouncer at Antharia Jack's speakeasy in Port Foozle. Floyd's interests included loving lovely ladies and loving to love lovely ladies. While apparently good-natured, Floyd often found himself having to concentrate on remembering to inhale and exhale in the correct order. As Jack's speakeasy had apparently closed down by 1067 GUE, it is unknown where Floyd was employed at that time.
